By choosing to complete your purchase on the website you are agreeing the the turnarounds stated below. If you do not wish to wait for your order please do not order at this time as we will be unable to offer a refunds. Please note shipping time is not included in the turnaround time. 

We do not offer cancelations once your order is placed so please ensure it is correct before placing it. 

Orders are shipped on a 3-4 week turnaround time. The date of payment & weekends are not classed as part of the turnaround time. So orders placed Monday – Thursday will leave the following day plus 4 weeks. Orders placed Friday – Sunday will leave the following Monday plus 4 weeks at the latest.

International customers will be liable for any customs & import charges charged by the delivery company. 

I confirm that I have read the information provided on the size guide page of the website for my items and that I am ordering the correct sizes.

If you need to make any changes to your order e.g size. Please contact us within 7 days of placing your order. After this time your order will be in production and we will be unable to make any changes. 

Please note if you pay via PayPal or Klarna we will be unable to make any changes to your shipping address so please ensure this is correct before checking out. 

All images used on our site are for the purpose of demonstrating the design only. Customers are liable for reading each listing and ensuring they have ordered the correct item

We are happy to offer exchanges on incorrect size items once they arrive. Please ensure that you contact us within the 7 days stated in our Terms and Conditions. Buyer will be liable for all return and re shipping postage costs. 

Whilst we do out best to navigate delays as smoothly as possible this is not always possible and sometimes orders may be delayed. If an order is delayed all items in the order will be delayed until the final items have arrived. If the customer wishes to pay an additional shipping fee to receive the other items sooner it is at their discretion to do so. 

If there is an issue with an item you receive please ensure to contact us via email at info@kingdomthreadsco.com within 7 days and we will do our best to help you with this issue. 

All screen printed items are made by us here in house and we have to line the print up with the embroidery by eye. Owning to this process there will be slight differences between items as it is impossible for us to make each one exactly the same. 

Once an item is shipped you have 30 days to contact us via email at info@kingdomthreadsco.com if there is an issue with your delivery. This is the time frame set out by our shipping courier that we must contact them within in order to make a claim. If you do not contact us to raise an issue within this time frame we cannot be held responsible for any lost or undelivered parcels and we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
